Shipping and Returns Policy

SUP orders are shipped within 2 business days via UPS Ground from the receipt of your orders if the orders are in stock. For any expedited shipping needs, kindly contact us to arrange any additional shipping fees. Items may reach the delivery address within 7-10 business days from the exact date of shipment.

We only ship within the continental US. There will be additional charges for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

For other delivery locations, kindly contact us for additional fees. We do not deliver to P.O Boxes. For international Quotes, please contact our shipping department.

International Orders

We do not deliver internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Return Policy

If you need to return the SUP you purchased online, you may return them within 30 days from the original purchase date. However, kindly take note of the following considerations:

  • The items must be unused and in new condition.
  • You will receive credit for the product only, excluding the shipping cost once the items are returned.
  • Customers who will return products that are not in new condition will not be eligible for a refund.
  • For any manufacturer defect, kindly reach out to our customer service. Please prepare additional photos and information depending on the defect.
  • If an item is successfully returned, there will be $15.00 for the restocking fee. We This amount will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

Return Claim Procedure

To return a product that you have purchased, kindly take note of the following steps:

  • Contact us and state your claim. Upon contact, Nirvana SUPs will verify your claim for refund or return. Please give us two business days before we get back to you.
  • If your claim is valid and approved, kindly pack the product in proper packaging to ensure that it remains in new condition during shipping. Ship the product using a traceable source (e.g., Federal Express, UPS). Nirvana SUPs is not responsible for lost or damaged products during shipping.
  • Our customer service representative will contact you after receiving the item. You will receive information about the status of your claim.
